Job Overview:



We are looking for a

highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM)

to spearhead sales and partnerships in the

real estate sector

. The role demands a professional with strong industry connections, market knowledge, and the ability to identify and convert business opportunities in residential, commercial, and luxury real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:



Drive

new client acquisition

and manage relationships with investors, channel partners, corporate clients, and HNIs. Identify and pursue opportunities in

residential, commercial, retail, and luxury real estate markets

. Generate leads through

networking, property expos, corporate tie-ups, and channel partner development

. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients for

property sales, leasing, and investment advisory

. Conduct market research to stay updated on

real estate trends, pricing, competitors, and emerging opportunities

. Work closely with marketing and project teams to create compelling pitches and presentations. Ensure smooth deal closures by coordinating with clients, legal teams, and developers. Provide regular reports on business development performance and revenue growth.

Requirements:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3-7 years of proven experience in

real estate sales or business development

. Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills. Excellent communication in English and Hindi (regional language proficiency is a plus). Proactive, ambitious, and target-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of

property laws, RERA regulations, and real estate documentation

is an advantage.
