About EVRise Finance



Based out of Delhi, EVRise Finance (evrisefinance.com) is a clean mobility FinTech that

enables Electric Mobility businesses to access institutional capital efficiently. We work with

various financial institutions: Banks, NBFCs and Fund houses, and help them in assessment

and disbursement of capital to various segments in electric mobility space. We believe in

creating a greener future for our planet by empowering EV businesses with the necessary

capital to thrive.

EVRise Finance was founded in 2024 by Sumeet Gambhir (www.linkedin.com/in/sumeet-

gambhir/), having over 18 years of experience in Financial Services, FinTechs and Consumer

Tech companies: ICRA Ratings, Religare, Mobikwik, Indifi & Cardekho.

Role Description



Opportunity to work in a fast-growing Electric Vehicles industry at the intersection of FinTech

sector with ample opportunities to grow with the organisation. This is a full-time on-site (work

from office) role for the position

Qualifications



Graduate in any of the following fields: Business Administration / Commerce / Finance /

Economics with good academic track record

Experience



1 to 2 years of experience in B2B Sales

Freshers with good academic track record will also be considered

Key Responsibilities



Identifying new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships Nurturing the existing partnerships in EV ecosystem Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making Maintain relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring effective communication
and follow-ups

Skills & Requirements



Good understanding of financing and loan concepts Strong Analytical and Communication skills Proficient in MS-Excel and MS-word A desire to understand and learn about new business segments Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment Desire to form Strategic Partnerships in Electric Vehicles s & financial services industry Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Stay appropriately networked to stay aware of industry and market trends Inclination towards climate, sustainability and understanding of Electric Vehicles
market will be a big plus

Compensation



Fixed CTC Rs 4 lacs to Rs 6 lacs p.a. + Variable incentives based on performance
