Role and Responsibility:

  • Work towards achieving the business targets aggressively - Marketing in Exports and Domestic markets and building a robust customer & supplier network
  • Preparing Business Plan and owning P&L for the Business
  • Promote and nurture relationships with existing customers and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating with team - planning and achieving business metrics
  • Identify opportunities for trade through regular interaction with customers and suppliers in international and domestic markets
  • Monitor regularly with for execution of shipments
  • Establish correspondence with probable customers and agents to get potential business
  • Analyse industry, market trends and provide reports for decision-making of senior management
  • Identify new markets and potential customers for both existing as well as new product forms
  • Sales, Procurement and processing of the required grades and quality at a competitive price for servicing the customer requirements with focus on dispatches in order to reduce the cycle time.
  • Ensuring Systems and Processes to strengthen Business based on evolving requirements.
  • MIS : To create databases and institute systems that of capturing Market Intelligence in order to continuously assess the competitors strategy and leverage the same for higher business throughput.
Job Requirement
  • 5-15 years of working experience in the Agri-commodity industry
  • Awareness of quality parameters of agri-commodities.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive cross-functional partnerships to work effectively with peers and various stakeholders
  • A positive, flexible, and proactive personality
