We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with
exceptional sales calling and cold-calling expertise
to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, skilled in high-volume outbound calls, objection handling, and closing deals over the phone.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Cold Calling
Execute
high-volume outbound sales calls
to prospective clients on a daily basis
Identify decision-makers and confidently engage them through structured cold calls
Present value propositions clearly and persuasively within the first 30 seconds of the call
Handle objections, rejections, and negotiations with professionalism and confidence
Convert cold leads into qualified opportunities, meetings, and closed deals
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and revenue targets
Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts
Build and maintain strong client relationships from first contact to deal closure
Develop customized proposals, pricing, and sales pitches based on client needs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and performance metrics using CRM tools
Strategy & Reporting
Analyze call performance, conversion ratios, and sales data to improve results
Continuously refine call scripts, sales approaches, and objection-handling techniques
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a BDM, Sales Manager, or Outbound Sales Executive
Expert-level cold calling and phone-based selling skills
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities
Ability to build rapport quickly and influence decision-makers
High resilience, consistency, and motivation in a target-driven environment
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B sales (IT, SaaS, Real Estate, Staffing, or similar industries)
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification
