Business Development Manager will be responsible for bringing business, closing deals, managing customer payments, and managing Design Partners for Pune city.This is a sales-first role. Design and execution are handled by Design Partners.
Key Responsibilities
Call, qualify, meet and convert leads into projects
Close a minimum 4 new projects per month
Prepare quotations using ADM templates and handle closing meetings
Manage customer communication related to payments & commitments
Ensure all payments are made to the company
Hire, allocate and manage Design Partners
Visit site only in case of serious complaints or escalations
Collect feedback, testimonials and referrals
Ideal Candidate
1-3 years experience in sales / business development
Background in interiors, real estate or any service based company.
Strong closing, follow-up and people-management skills
