The Role
As the Head of Business Development, you are the face of the studio in the boardroom. You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, nurturing strategic partnerships, and closing large-scale contracts. You aren't just selling "videos"--you are selling solutions to complex brand problems.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership:
Define and execute the annual sales strategy to hit aggressive revenue targets.
Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise-level clients and high-growth D2C brands.
Strategic Networking:
Leverage personal networks and LinkedIn to connect with CMOs, Brand Leads, and Creative Directors across India.
Pitch Leadership:
Lead the end-to-end "Pitch-to-Win" process, collaborating with our Creative and Production heads to build winning decks.
Strategic Partnerships:
Form alliances with complementary agencies (Performance, PR, or Tech) to create referral loops.
Market Expansion:
Identify emerging sectors in India (e.g., Fintech, Healthtech, Luxury Real Estate) that require premium visual storytelling.
