Coordinating with presales team and the client for the meeting
Client follow-ups and answering questions
Initiating new discussions with known contacts through BNI Connect
On confirmation, explaining the SOPs and sharing the process documents with the client
Payment reminders and follow-ups
Lead Generation & Nurturing
Exploring new business opportunities as much as possible within the contact, past associations, digital tools/ campaigns, etc.
Sending weekly reminders on WhtsApp/ mail, etc
Sharing relevant content on WhatsApp broadcast
Moving clients within different groups/ sales funnels
Taking the content for the broadcast from the backend team
Making cold calls/ sending emails for lead generation
Field visits/ client meetings to meet clients
Regular client followups, demonstration
Preparing sales decks for clients
CRM Update & Process Optimisation
Updating the daily lead sheet on CRM or on Google Sheets
Sending a report every day of what's been done/ how many leads were there and what the status
Setting up the SOPs for each task in the Sales, Marketing & Client Services department ?
Client Relationship Management
Getting in touch with the client at least once a quarter and seeking his feedback on services offered, should be formal and documented
Asking clients if they have some other expectations. You can take the Ops manager with you for such meetings
