We're looking for a proactive and confident
Business Development Manager
who can take ownership of post-sales relationship management. You'll connect with potential clients, conduct webinars and workshops, close deals, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and follow up with potential clients.
Conduct webinars, seminars, and workshops to present our offerings.
Manage the complete sales cycle: pitching, negotiation, and closing.
Handle post-sales activities such as students onboarding and follow-ups.
Maintain CRM records and report performance regularly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable speaking in webinars, workshops, and client meetings.
Proven track record in sales or business development.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and online presentation platforms.
