As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities at our premium second home property in Karjat. You will handle customer relations, conduct site visits, and ensure smooth operations at the site. Your key duties include:
Conducting site visits and effectively engaging with customers.
Gaining comprehensive knowledge of the site, its location, and competing properties.
Managing day-to-day activities at the site and providing regular updates.
Following up with potential clients and ensuring seamless communication.
Reporting progress and updates to the team on a regular basis.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer relationship management or sales.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Must hold a valid driver's license.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
