Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the interior design and architecture industry, converting leads into clients, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to project completion.

Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, including purchase/project managers, business owners, architects, and contractors.

Strategic Planning:

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets, including market analysis and staying informed about industry trends.

Proposal Development:

Preparing and presenting compelling business proposals and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the company's portfolio and capabilities.

Contract Negotiation:

Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.

Collaboration:

Working closely with design and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully.

Client Communication:

Understanding client needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining regular communication throughout the project lifecycle.
