Key Responsibilities



Business Development & Marketing Coordination



Coordinate with marketing agencies for performance marketing campaigns for

Skinovate's skincare and haircare products

Monitor campaign performance, lead generation reports, ad spends, and ROAS Liaison with agency for strategy meetings, creatives approval, lead nurturing plans Plan, implement, and track patient lead generation strategies for clinics via digital and offline channels Ensure effective product marketing campaigns and market expansion strategies

Personal Assistant to Director



Serve as the

primary point of contact (POC)

for all tasks assigned by the Director to various teams Manage Director's schedule, meeting notes, follow-ups, and business correspondences Track accountability for assigned projects, staff duties, and vendor deliverables Prepare MOMs, progress updates, and regular reporting to the Director

Clinic Operations & Patient Experience



Supervise clinic front office and administration staff to ensure smooth operations Address patient queries, concerns, and complaints promptly Support treatment promotions and manage patient lead databases, follow-ups, and conversion tracking Work closely with the Clinic Manager and Operations Head to maintain service quality standards

Staff Management & Administration



Monitor staff attendance, discipline, performance, and task completions Coordinate between marketing, operations, and accounts teams Ensure operational SOP adherence and process improvements Assist in manpower planning and recruitment coordination for new locations

Business Expansion & Finance Accountability



Support clinic expansion plans, property shortlisting, and project roll-outs Keep track of marketing budgets, product stock management, brushing orders, and financial reports Prepare sales and expense summaries for review with the Director Ensure financial discipline in assigned business verticals

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong leadership, multitasking, and team coordination skills Sound knowledge of

performance marketing, lead generation & sales funnel management

Experience in clinic, hospital, wellness center, or healthcare operations preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities Highly organized, proactive, and accountability-driven work ethic Comfortable handling marketing, staff management, administration, and product business operations

Preferred Profile



Female candidate 2-5 years of experience in business development, operations, or clinic/hospital management Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets Experience in marketing coordination or managing e-commerce products is an advantage Sound knowledge of

performance marketing, lead generation & sales funnel management

Experience in clinic, hospital, wellness center, or healthcare operations preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities Highly organized, proactive, and accountability-driven work ethic Comfortable handling marketing, staff management, administration, and product business operations

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
