Job Title : Business Development ManagerExperience : 5 to 6 years Location : DelhiEmployment Type: Full-time: ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Sales- Identify and target businesses/brands that need local digital advertising (restaurants, retail shops, services, e-commerce brands, FMCG, local businesses, etc.)- Conduct cold outreach via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings to generate new client leads- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches explaining how LED Frame advertising drives local reach and brand awareness- Negotiate advertising packages and convert leads into paying clients- Close deals and ensure timely onboarding of new advertisersMarket Research & Prospecting- Research local businesses, brands, and service providers in your assigned geography- Build a strong prospecting pipeline of 50+ warm and cold leads monthly- Analyze competitor advertising strategies and market gaps to identify high-potential clients- Identify seasonal opportunities and trending business categories for targeted outreachRelationship Building- Build long-term relationships with advertising decision-makers (marketing managers, business owners, franchise heads)- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects through multiple touchpoints- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries related to campaign details- Ensure client satisfaction and address concerns to boost repeat bookingsCampaign Coordination- Work with internal teams to brief clients on campaign timelines and LED frame locations- Coordinate campaign launch dates with operations team- Provide clients with campaign performance insights and reporting (when available)- Support renewal conversations and upsell opportunitiesReporting & Documentation- Maintain accurate records of all leads, pitches, and client interactions in CRM system- Submit weekly/monthly reports on pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue achieved- Track metrics: leads generated, conversion rate, average deal size, revenue target achievement- Provide feedback to management on market trends and client acquisition challengesKey QualificationsExperience Required- Minimum 2-4 years in B2B sales, advertising sales, business development, or related field- Proven track record of successfully closing B2B deals independently- Experience in outdoor advertising, digital advertising, or media sales (preferred but not mandatory)- Demonstrated ability to generate leads through networking and cold outreach- Experience managing sales pipelines and meeting revenue targetsSkills & Competencies- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities- Self-motivated with ability to work independently without constant supervision- Problem-solving mindset and comfort handling client objections- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic digital marketing concepts- Time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple prospects simultaneously- Comfort with phone calls, field meetings, and outdoor networkingEducation- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, Commerce preferred)Preferred Qualifications- Experience in advertising or media industry (outdoor, digital, or print)- Knowledge of Delhi's local business ecosystem- Experience with sales software and CRM tools- Track record of exceeding sales targets by 25% or more- Portfolio showing previous successful B2B client acquisitions (ref:updazz.com)
