This full-time, on-site role focuses specifically on developing and managing accounts in the beauty and cosmetics industry, with a special focus on makeup brands.- You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with makeup-focused brands, and helping clients achieve their growth targets through our tailored sales and marketing solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Identify and target potential clients in the makeup and beauty sector.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.- Develop customized lead generation strategies and sales pitches.- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.- Organize and manage online and offline masterclasses, in collaboration with makeup artists and brand partners.- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.- Work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to align client campaigns with company strategies.- Meet monthly and quarterly business development goals.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the beauty/cosmetics industry.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Proficiency in CRM systems.- Strong lead generation and market research capabilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.- Passion for the makeup and beauty industry is a plus.
