Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement
business development and sales strategies
for Kerala region
Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to achieve targets
Ensure
strong product knowledge
across the team and channel partners
Drive dealer, distributor, and project sales growth
Plan and execute
marketing and branding initiatives
in coordination with management
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
Expand market penetration and strengthen brand presence
Conduct regular field visits and review team performance
Prepare MIS reports and strategic inputs for senior management
Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong product knowledge
in Sanitaryware, CP fittings, Plywood, WPC boards, PVC/Multiwood
Excellent
market knowledge
of Kerala (dealers, distributors, projects, competitors)
Solid understanding of
marketing & branding concepts
Proven expertise in
sales strategy planning and execution
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to build and manage high-performing teams
Experience & Eligibility
Minimum
8+ years of team management experience
in a lead position
Age
below 45 years
Willingness to travel
75% of the time
Experience in building regional business and managing large territories
