Business Development Manager

with at least 2 years of experience to join our team.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of our client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and promoting our comprehensive suite of services.

Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

Identify and target potential clients across various industries. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's reach.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure a seamless client experience.

Sales & Proposals:

Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that align with client goals.

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities. Provide insights to the leadership team to refine business strategies and offerings.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the branding, social media, and creative teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project execution. Coordinate with project managers to monitor the progress of client projects and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in any Stream Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a consulting or creative industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to identify and seize new business opportunities. Familiarity with branding, advertising, and social media management is a plus. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
