APJ 3D Design Pvt Ltd seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Reverse Engineering division. The chosen candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our reverse engineering solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in reverse engineering, CAD/CAM, 3D scanning, and product re-engineering. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions, meetings, and presentations. Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients. Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations for clients. Follow up with leads, negotiate terms, and effectively close deals. Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client interactions in CRM tools. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company's services.

Qualifications:

Education: BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engineering (or a related field).

Experience

: 3 to 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in engineering services, CAD/CAM, manufacturing, or the reverse engineering industry).

Skills Required:

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good understanding of engineering design, manufacturing, and reverse engineering concepts. Ability to translate technical capabilities into business solutions for clients. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online marketing platforms. Knowledge of the local language will be an added advantage. to travel for client meetings and business development activities. Excellent Salary and growth potential are assured
