Job Summary:

We are looking for a

dynamic and result-oriented Manager for sales

to drive business growth in Bangalore. The primary responsibility will be to generate new business through

neighborhood outreach, meeting doctors, and corporate tie-ups

. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for healthcare, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

neighbourhood marketing activities

to generate leads and increase brand awareness. Meet with

doctors, hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals

to promote our home healthcare services and build strong referral networks. Develop and manage

corporate tie-ups

with companies to offer home healthcare services to employees. Follow up on leads and convert them into patients for

home physiotherapy and nursing services

. Maintain strong relationships with

referring doctors and healthcare professionals

. Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to the management team. Participate in

community events, health camps, and awareness programs

to promote Carebees Healthcare. Collect market insights and provide feedback to improve service offerings.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field

(preferred). 1-3 years of experience in

sales, healthcare marketing, or business development

. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with medical professionals and corporate clients. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Knowledge of

Bangalore's healthcare ecosystem

is a plus. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred).
