Job Description

Identify and approach

potential clients for AMC contracts on biomedical equipment supplied or maintained

Develop customized AMC proposals

based on client equipment, usage, and compliance requirements.

Negotiate and finalize AMC agreements

, ensuring profitability and service alignment.

Maintain and grow existing AMC accounts

through relationship management and upselling value-added services.

Coordinate with technical teams

to ensure service delivery standards meet contractual obligations.

Track AMC renewals, expiries, and service SLAs

using CRM and ERP tools.

Stay updated on biomedical equipment regulations

, warranty policies, and vendor partnerships.

Provide monthly reports

on AMC revenue, new accounts, and client satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
