Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead the
onboarding and relationship management of crusher and vendor partners across Karnataka,
Tamilnadu, Kerala, Goa. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding our supply-side
operations and ensuring end-to-end partner performance and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to onboard and engage stone crushers and aggregate
suppliers onto the platform.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with supply partners aligned to business goals.
Negotiate pricing, supply volume, delivery terms, and credit agreements with vendors.
Identify new sourcing regions and develop a strong regional vendor network.
Ensure seamless onboarding, including documentation, platform integration, and process
training.
Monitor and track vendor performance against SLAs (quality, delivery timelines, capacity).
Act as the liaison between crusher partners and internal tech/operations teams for issue
resolution and process optimization.
Generate regular reports and insights for supply planning, capacity forecasting, and
partner engagement.
