Manager - Business Development - IT Staffing - Work From Home

We have a requirement for - Business Development Manager - Sales- with one of our Business Unit\'s in Temp Staffing.
Please apply those with Domestic Temp Staffing Sales experience.
:
Lead generation with clientele.
Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new accounts for the staffing division.
Handling client presentations and commercials.
Actively and successfully manage the sales process with active service follow-up and handle troubleshooting.
Accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following Buzzworks procedure.
Team handling and development.
Desired skill-set
Knowledge of staffing vertical
Handled a team of minimum 2-5 associates
Good communication skills
Experience: Minimum 2+ year of experience in Sales & BD from Contract / Temp Staffing only
