Key Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new clients in need of IT staffing services (contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements).- Business Development: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.- Lead Generation: Leverage networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to generate qualified leads.- Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and negotiate terms with clients.- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on IT industry trends, talent demands, and competitor offerings.- Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of candidates and service fulfillment.- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and provide weekly/monthly reports to leadership.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).- 4-8 years of experience in IT staffing or technology sales.- Strong network of contacts within mid-size to enterprise-level clients (especially in the UK/EU or ME).- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and MS Office.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of emerging IT technologies (cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, data science, etc.).- Experience selling into specific verticals such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing.- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.- Exposure to VMS/MSP environments is a plus.
