Job Title: Business Development Manager Location : Gurgaon sector 53 Experience : Minimum 3 years in Business Development (preferably in a Recruitment Agency/Firm) Salary : Fixed + Variable Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our clientele and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, negotiating contracts, and developing effective sales strategies. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and analytical skills to ensure successful business expansion. Roles & Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and existing contacts.- Research prospective clients in targeted markets, pursue leads, and convert them into successful business agreements.- Proactively initiate contact with potential clients to understand their hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment solutions.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.- Persuade clients to sign search contracts on an exclusive and/or retainer basis to enhance business value.- Assist clients in defining job roles, expectations, and contractual requirements for recruitment.- Collaborate with internal researchers to match candidates to client requirements and create a strong shortlist.- Present shortlisted candidates to clients professionally and effectively.- Maintain and update the lead generation database to track potential clients and opportunities.- Provide accurate and timely business development reports and updates to management.
