About the Role: We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand our client base in key metro locations - Bangalore,Hyderabad, and Pune. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities within the HR Tech and enterprise software sectors. - Develop and execute a robust sales strategy focused on mid to large-sized enterprises. - Build strong relationships with HR leaders, talent acquisition heads, and decision-makers. - Conduct client presentations and product demos tailored to client-specific needs. - Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver compelling client experiences. - Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales pipeline, forecasts, and activities using CRM tools. - Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
