What You'll Do (Client Acquisition & Revenue Generation)This is a pure "hunter" role focused on generating significant new revenue by acquiring corporate clients for our SaaS platform across global markets.- New Business Generation: Proactively research, prospect, and qualify new enterprise leads and sales opportunities across target markets, including India, the Middle East, and APAC.- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process, from initial cold outreach and discovery calls to product demonstrations, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.- Strategic Targeting: Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns targeting C-suite executives, HR Directors, and Talent Acquisition leaders in large organizations.- Quota Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed ambitious monthly and quarterly individual revenue and sales quotas (targeting $500,000 USD in annual contract value).- CRM Management: Maintain impeccable records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions within our CRM (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce).- Market Feedback: Collaborate internally with Product and Marketing teams to relay market needs, competitive intelligence, and client feedback.What We're Looking For (Required Experience)We are looking for a tenacious BDM with a proven track record of success in complex B2B SaaS sales.- Experience: 4-7 years of demonstrable success in direct Business-to-Business (B2B) sales or business development.- Industry Focus (Mandatory): Direct, proven experience selling complex HR Technology SaaS or similar IT solutions (e.g., ATS, HRIS, Recruitment AI platforms) to corporate clients.- B2B SaaS Expertise: Deep understanding and experience selling solutions based on the B2B SaaS subscription model.- International Exposure: Proven success in securing and managing deals with international clients (specifically Middle East/APAC exposure is highly valued).- Hunter Mentality: A proven ability to generate leads from a standing start and consistently build a robust sales pipeline with minimal inbound support.- Negotiation & Closing: Exceptional skills in virtual and face-to-face presenting, negotiating, and closing high-value deals with senior stakeholders.- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad, India.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).- A verifiable track record of consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious sales quotas (minimum $500K USD annually).- Comfortable operating independently and thriving in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
