Key Responsibilities:- Generate business through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, etc.- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities from international markets- Prepare and submit winning proposals, RFPs, and quotations- Communicate fluently with clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targetsRequired Skills & Qualifications:- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive- Strong knowledge of online bidding and lead generation- Excellent spoken and written English communication- Experience in handling international clients- Good negotiation, presentation, and closing skills- Ability to work independently and meet targetsPreferred Skills:- Experience in IT services, software development, or digital services- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines- Strong proposal writing and documentation skills (ref:updazz.com)
