Job Description

1. Business Development & Lead Generation- Identify and generate new business opportunities through:- LinkedIn outreach- Email campaigns- Cold calling- Networking- Upwork, Freelancer, or other bidding platforms (if applicable)- Research and identify potential clients in target industries.- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.2. Client Relationship Management- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales cycle.- Conduct client meetings (virtual/in-person) and presentations.3. IT Services Selling- Sell services such as:- Web Development (WordPress, Shopify, Custom Development)- Mobile App Development- Odoo/ERP Solutions- Custom Software Development- Digital Marketing Services- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.- Negotiate pricing and close deals.4. Sales Process Management- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.- Coordinate with the technical team for requirement understanding and project scope finalization.- Ensure smooth handover of projects to the delivery team.5. Revenue & Target Achievement- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Track sales performance and provide reports to management.- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing clients.
