Responsibilities:- The Sales Manager Team is in charge of assembling a team of Life Insurance Advisors from their personal and professional networks.- Fieldwork to reach as many customers as possible- Gather leads from the general public.- Upholding a solid rapport with the clients.- Finding ways to enhance sales and marketing strategies.- Establishing a team of sales reps; motivating and advising them; and using personal and professional networks.
