The role is primarily responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing influencer marketing campaign briefs from consumer brands and media agencies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business development background, preferably within media sales, partnerships, or the digital marketing ecosystem, with a particular focus on influencer-driven campaigns.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, research, and pitch influencer marketing opportunities to prospective clients including brands and media agencies- Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with marketing stakeholders and decision-makers- Drive both inbound and outbound lead generation strategies, effectively qualifying and converting leads into actionable campaign briefs- Partner with internal strategy and execution teams to ensure seamless handover and execution of campaigns post-brief acquisition- Achieve and exceed defined monthly and quarterly targets for revenue generation and campaign briefs- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and influencer marketing best practices to position offerings effectively- Provide market feedback to enhance service delivery, campaign structures, and client satisfactionMust Have:- Experience working directly with brands, media agencies, or influencer marketing platforms- Established network within the consumer marketing space or digital media industry- Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies, content formats, performance metrics, and campaign structures- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize leads, and meet tight deadlines- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment with ambiguity and change- Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing tools, and reporting dashboards- A proactive attitude with a passion for staying ahead in the digital marketing spacePreferred:- Experience handling large marketing budgets or cross-platform campaigns- Prior experience in startups or high-growth companies (ref:updazz.com)
