Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role located in Gurgaon. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, manage sales pipelines, and conduct market research. The role involves creating tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Sales.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Project Management and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams effectively.
Market Research and Analytical Skills to identify business growth opportunities.
Experience in providing workplace or office space solutions is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM tools and a data-driven approach to sales and client management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
