Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and generate new business opportunities through online research, networking, and cold outreach.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Understand market trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
2. Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
Present Vplak's product offerings and value propositions to potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Business Growth & Strategy
Work with the management team to identify new revenue channels and partnerships.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to support promotional campaigns and new product launches.
Gather customer feedback and market insights to guide business decisions.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and market insights.
Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
Key Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
1-3 years in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in e-commerce, tech, or consumer electronics).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical thinking and result-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
Preferred Skills
Experience with B2B or channel sales.
Familiarity with e-commerce operations and online marketplaces.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
