What You'll Do

Own and drive new business development across growth stage startups, enterprise, and agency verticals

Identify and unlock high-growth opportunities with marketing heads, brand teams, and content leads

Collaborate with creative and production teams to build compelling proposals and pitch decks

Handle inbound and outbound sales pipelines, manage leads, and close deals

Represent at events, networking forums, and client meetings

Work closely with the founders on growth strategy, market expansion, and client success

We're Looking For

3-7 years of experience in sales, BD, or client partnerships in creative agencies, production studios, or marketing firms

Proven ability to sell creative/production services, especially in content, advertising, or branding

Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills

Strong understanding of the agency landscape and media buying ecosystem

Hunger for growth and a deep love for content, creativity, and culture

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
