Key Responsibilities: - Developandexecute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base within the assigned territory. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical accounts, including hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals. - Educate healthcare providers on our health insurance products, benefits, and coverage options. - Conduct regular visits to clinical facilities to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. - Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing to prospective clients. - Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Requirements: - Minimumof1year experience in field sales, preferably in health insurance or related healthcare services. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills. - Possession of a valid driving license and a reliable 2-wheeler vehicle. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
