Business Development:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient footfall and hospital revenue.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, TPAs, and insurance partners.
Coordinate health camps, outreach programs, and promotional activities.
Identify new business opportunities such as tie-ups, empanelments, and partnerships.
Track competitor activities and market trends to support decision-making.
Prepare business performance reports and suggest strategic improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or Business Administration.
2-5 years of relevant experience in hospital operations or healthcare business development.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of hospital management systems and healthcare regulations.
Ability to multitask .
