We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to strengthen client relationships, drive business growth, and promote our E-Voting and related services.
Key Responsibilities :
? Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular visits and continuous interaction.
? Business Growth: Promote, upsell, and cross-sell E-Voting and other company services to existing and potential clients.
? Sales Documentation: Prepare and manage sales contracts in compliance with ISO standards and organizational policies.
? Market Research: Identify business trends and new opportunities by analyzing industry events, publications, and SEBI updates.
? Reporting & MIS: Prepare and maintain comprehensive MIS reports to track sales performance, client activities, and business trends.
? Customer Support: Provide reliable post-sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
? Process Implementation: Assist in streamlining business development procedures and ensuring adherence to company guidelines.
? Travel: Be willing to travel frequently for client meetings and business development activities. Desired Skills & Competencies
? Proven track record in business development or relationship management, preferably within financial services or banking.
? Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. ? Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
? Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
? Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools will be an advantage.
Experience Required:
Minimum 5 -7 Years Experience in B2B sales is Must
Minimum of 3 years of Team Handling Experience is Must
Education: Graduate or Post Graduate with excellent verbal and written communication Skill
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
