Omnitech Engineering LTD is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial B2B sales and proven experience in identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and grow client base in domestic and international markets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close contracts
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
5-10 years of business development experience in manufacturing
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Familiar with CRM, Sales Force, ERP tools and MS Office

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
