WCF's

mission is to make available to developmental agencies (corporates, foundations, donors, NGOs, FPOs, government entities) the knowledge frameworks and support systems needed to successfully design and implement scalar developmental initiatives while confidently navigating the complexities of environmental risks, climate adaptation and sustainable development with confidence and clarity.




She/he shall be responsible for organization's financial goals by acquiring and on boarding new corporate partners, industry partners, CSR partners nurturing strong relationships, and ensuring programmes funding. This role involves collaborating with corporate industry CSR partners to enhance satisfaction with organization's program delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales or fundraising, strong communication skills, and a commitment to non-profit impact plus working experience in agriculture domain. This position will not have any support staffs.

Key responsibilities



Lead and manage corporate fundraising/ business development. Drive partner retention and engagement, including timely reporting and delivering an exceptional partner experience. Collaborate with program teams to identify funding gaps and leverage donor relationships and opportunities to secure necessary support. Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, while managing accurate and timely reporting for all fundraising/business activities.

Education




Any graduate degree - having an MBA in relevant disciplines preferred.

Experience:



At least Three - Five years fundraising, sales or business development experience. Any non-profit/sales/corporate fundraising experience would be an advantage. Proven experience in fundraising from Corporates is essential (Minimum 3 - 8 Cr)

Knowledge and skills:



Reasonable understanding of the non-profit sector, corporates, Agriculture related fundraising and donor relationship management. Tech-savvy with exceptional communication and influencing skills in English. Very strong networking and interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders including donors Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently. Forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
