Identify and generate new leads in India, Asia, ROW, and regulated markets.
Develop strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies, the primary customer base.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, customer meetings, technical discussions, proposals, and negotiations through to order closing.
Explore partnerships, licensing, and collaboration opportunities to expand Newtec's global presence.
Customer Relationship Management
Act as the single point of contact for assigned customers, from inquiry to PO to dispatch.
Coordinate closely with internal teams (production, quality, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of orders.
Proactively follow up with customers on forecasts, payments, and feedback to build long-term partnerships.
Marketing & Brand Development
Drive Newtec's presence in domestic and international exhibitions, conferences, and trade fairs.
Develop marketing materials, presentations, and digital outreach to promote the company's offerings.
Support thought-leadership initiatives and position Newtec as a credible, innovative player in pharmaceutical packaging.
Market Research & Strategy
Stay updated on pharmaceutical industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
Provide insights to management to refine strategy, pricing, and product positioning.
Travel
Frequent domestic travel across India for customer visits.
International travel as required for exhibitions, customer meetings, and market development.
