Understanding the entire FMS Service offerings to showcase to clients and leverage business opportunities.- Identify & Create prospects of new clients through lead generation, cold calling, referencing & social media interface for Facilities services for new business generation.- Frame marketing strategies and sales plans for facilities services to corporate clients and mine existing clients for new business generation and ensure sales targets.- Manage pricing, deliver corporate presentations, negotiations and ensure timely closures for revenue generation.- Maintain market & competitor intelligence & map the existing Local Market and Maintain relationship with clients to generate additional volume of business.- Ensuring Cross sales of other FM products and services - Ensure follow-ups with prospective clients & Negotiate with Clients for contract sign. - Ensuring best possible service to acquired clients with the collaboration of internal teams and finding out the way to leverage those relationship for future business opportunities.- Ensuring regular entry, MIS and proper report generation through sales CRM and 100% adherence of such process.Skill Set: - B2B Sales and Negotiation skills - Assertive Communication and Convincing skills - Go Getter and Proactive way of working. - Local Market exp. with corporate sales exposure from Facilities Management Industry Target oriented Job Specifications: - Qualifications: Graduate, Postgraduate / MBA - Specialized in B2B sales. - Industry: Integrated Facilities Management Services - Experience: 6+years - Local Market exp. with Corporate sales exposure from Facilities Industry.
