We are hiring for the position of Business Development Manager with one of the leading Event Management organization @ Banaglore and Delhi location.Key Responsibilities / Accountability- Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify new business opportunities through research, databases, social media, and outreach campaigns to expand the client pipeline across sectors.- Research & Market Intelligence Study client industries, past events, and competitor benchmarks to provide strategic insights that strengthen pitch quality and customization.- Pitch Support & Presentation Design Assist in preparing impactful presentations, case studies, and proposal documents aligned with client briefs and brand tone.- CRM Management & Database Upkeep Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and opportunities in CRM platforms. Track outreach, follow-ups, and status updates.- Content Coordination for Pitches Work with internal teams (design, content, strategy) to gather relevant assets and ensure cohesive, well-aligned pitch material.- Event Portfolio Collation Curate and update the agency's event portfolios, showreels, and credential decks to support BD conversations.- Coordination for RFP Responses Support team in preparing documentation and content for RFPs, RFIs, and EOIs, ensuring timely and complete submissions.Required Qualifications & ExperienceRequired Skills & Competencies- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields- 4-6 years of experience in research, inside sales, pre-sales, or business support roles (event/marketing domain preferred)- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and research platforms- Strong PowerPoint and presentation-building skills- Excellent written and verbal communication (ref:updazz.com)
