A webinar is an effective platform for us to take the student / parent through the entire remittance process highlighting critical areas like forex rates, mandatory documentation etc. Every effective webinar goes a long way to establish a trust factor in the mind of the student / parent towards FRR Forex.- Hand hold each student through the entire remittance process for fees / living expenses especially collecting all relevant documents that are mandatory to complete the process-Follow - up on the student database for fees / living expenses for each semester as u sually fees are paid in 2 tranches each year- Maximise the margin for each transaction thereby increasing the overall revenue earning for FRR Forex- Cross sells all services like education loan, visa facilitation, insurance which will be additional revenue for FRR ForexKey Performance Indicator's (KPI's)1. Achieve target for the FY- Absolute revenue (Margin) target- Transaction value target- Students target2. Increase the base of education consultants- Add (number) of UG consultants- Add (number) of PG consultants3. Achieve conversion target - Actual vs leads4.
