Job Role:To bring new clients, manage leads, and grow the business for PhD services.What You Will Do:- Identify students, research scholars, and professionals who need PhD support services.- Call, meet, and follow up with potential clients.- Explain services clearly and convert inquiries into confirmed projects.- Handle client queries and provide proper service information.- Maintain lead sheets, follow-up reports, and weekly/monthly sales records.- Work with the technical team to understand service capabilities.- Build relationships with colleges, institutions, and research communities.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Handle escalations politely and ensure customer satisfaction.- Plan and execute strategies to increase revenue.Skills Needed:- Strong communication and convincing skills.- Good understanding of sales and client handling.- Ability to manage pressure and achieve targets.- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM updating).- Leadership qualities and a positive attitude.- Willingness to learn research-related topics.Qualification & Experience:- Any degree.- 1-3 years experience in sales preferred.- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.Work Type:Field & inside sales (depending on company requirement).
