About the job



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Business Development professional with 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of digital marketing services. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales or business development.



Sales Pitch & Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals for services such as performance marketing, affiliate marketing Onboard new campaigns (CPS/CPL/CPA/CPC/CPV/CPI) for the company on industry terms & payout for performance Manage client servicing through need identification, providing solutions & business retention, billing & on-time collection of payments. Strong grasp of performance marketing KPIs, EPC, CPA calculation, ROAS, funnel-level CPA, and campaign optimization & metrics. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging digital marketing technologies to position our services effectively Stay up to date in technical knowledge & delivery capability Monitor media budget for the campaign and issue periodic analysis for clients like Media Negotiations Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial terms for clients and the company.

Mandatory Requirements



2-4 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the digital marketing industry (Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing) Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Working knowledge of Affise, Trackier, Cake, Tune, and other Tracking Platforms. Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including affiliate marketing, Agency Handling, Media marketing, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics)
