1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Payroll and Compliance Services
Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities within assigned markets or regions.
Utilize various sources (social media, networking, cold calling, etc.) to generate leads and convert them into business.
Qualify leads by assessing business needs and identifying how the company's products/services can meet those needs
2. Client Relationship Management
:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Act as the main point of contact for client queries, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.
Understand the client's business model, goals, and challenges to offer personalized solutions.
3. Sales Strategy & Proposal Development
:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create customized proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Deliver persuasive sales pitches, presentations, and demos to prospective clients.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and deliverables to close deals effectively.
4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
:
Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Analyze competitor products and services to provide insights for the company's offerings and sales strategies.
5. Sales Reporting & Documentation
:
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achieved targets to senior management.
Monitor the progress of sales goals and take proactive actions to ensure targets are met.
6. Collaboration & Team Support
:
Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize business development efforts.
Collaborate with the product development team to understand the company's product offerings and suggest improvements based on client feedback.
7. Networking & Brand Promotion
:
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and generate new business leads.
Represent the company in a professional manner and strengthen its brand presence in the market.
8. Follow-up & Closing Deals
:
Follow up with leads and clients after meetings to address any concerns and move negotiations forward.
Close sales deals effectively, ensuring smooth transition from business development to post-sales support.
