Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated

Business Development Manager

(BDM) who can leverage their

digital marketing expertise

to drive new

client acquisition

and market expansion. If you are a sales hunter with a deep understanding of the digital landscape, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities-



Generate New Business:

Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in target markets.

Pipeline Management:

Manage a robust sales pipeline using our

CRM

(

Salesforce/HubSpot

).

Negotiation:

Develop and present compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly

sales targets

.

Strategy:

Formulate and execute a data-driven business development plan.

Expertise:

Serve as the internal and external expert on digital trends, including

SEO, SEM (PPC), Content Marketing,

and

Social Media

.

Client Needs Assessment:

Quickly diagnose client business challenges and propose digital-first solutions that align with their goals.

Collaboration:

Work closely with our internal Marketing and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service implementation.

Market Analysis:

Use digital tools and data to perform competitor and market analyses to inform sales positioning.

Required Qualifications-



Experience:

4-5 years

of demonstrated success in a Business Development, Sales, or similar revenue-generating role.

Digital Knowledge:

A strong, proven understanding of how core digital marketing channels operate and contribute to business growth. This is non-negotiable.*

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Communication:

Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills (proven ability to communicate complex digital concepts clearly).

Tool Proficiency:

Experience with CRM systems and a familiarity with web analytics or digital advertising platforms.

Drive:

Proven track record of being a self-starter, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
