Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, PSU clients, and private stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end bidding, proposal submissions, and tender-related activities.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and revenue forecasting.
Drive strategic partnerships, client presentations, and business growth initiatives.
Coordinate internally with technical, finance, and operations teams to deliver client requirements.
Ensure achievement of quarterly and annual business targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
5-7 years of hands-on experience in Business Development.
Experience in government liaison, tendering, and working with ministries/PSUs is highly desirable.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.
