Key Responsibilities

Identify, pitch, and onboard new boutique properties, villas, and farmhouses for short-term rental management. Formulate new marketing strategies, offers and implementation of a robust loyalty program. Build and nurture long-term relationships with property owners, real estate developers, and hospitality partners. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute innovative growth and outreach campaigns. Reach out to different businesses in the industry for b2b tie ups, collaborations and cross promotions. Represent

at industry networking events, exhibitions, and business forums to drive collaborations. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed on hospitality and vacation rental trends. Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth handovers from property acquisition to listing stage. Work closely with internal operations, content, and guest experience teams to ensure end-to-end partner satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and revenue targets using CRM tools. Identify and tie up with travel agents to establish new funnels for business. Work closely with the performance marketing, social media and sales team to ensure the organisation achieves its monthly objectives and goeals.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships (Hospitality / Real Estate preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong network within the hospitality or property ecosystem is a plus. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Willingness to travel to potential properties and events as required.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
