Key Responsibilities

Lead Gen & Outreach: Identify and engage decision-makers in corporates, event agencies, clubs, and social event planners Sales Pipeline Ownership: Build, track, and close B2B deals for artist bookings and performances Pitching & Presentations: Deliver sharp, solution-driven presentations to clients -- online and in-person Client Relationships: Cultivate long-term partnerships with corporates, luxury venues, and event planners Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and event calendars Revenue Focus: Drive consistent sales, achieve monthly targets, and contribute to ACMOBOOK's talent revenue growth

You're a Great Fit If You Have...

1-4 years of experience in B2B sales, event partnerships, artist management, or corporate sales A strong network in clubs, hotels, agencies, or corporate HR/marketing teams A passion for the entertainment industry and a flair for pitching talent Excellent communication and negotiation skills (you know how to close deals) Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to work independently
