What You will do:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:
Define and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Team Leadership and Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives.
Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture.
  • Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
Analyze sales data and trends to provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the executive team.
Monitor and evaluate team performance against KPIs and sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge and Market Awareness:
Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Ensure the sales team is well-informed about company products and services.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in sales leadership and a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the domain registration industry and related technologies is added advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
