We are now expanding our on-ground sales team to drive adoption across SME clusters.
Role Overview
As a
Business Development Manager
, you will be responsible for
acquiring new SME clients
by engaging directly with business owners, understanding their operational challenges, and pitching the right TRV solutions.
This is a
high-impact, field-focused role
ideal for someone who enjoys meeting business owners, closing deals, and growing recurring revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard
SMEs (restaurants, clinics, retail stores, service businesses)
onto TRV's platforms
Pitch and close sales for:
TRV's
, product demos, and onboarding sessions
Understand client needs and recommend
custom service bundles
Drive monthly and quarterly
revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with SME decision-makers
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
Track leads, follow-ups, and closures using CRM or internal tools
Provide on-ground market feedback to improve products and sales strategy
Who We're Looking For
1-4 years of experience in
B2B sales, field sales, or SME business development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable speaking to
business owners and decision-makers
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Basic understanding of
SaaS, marketplaces, or digital tools
(training provided)
Willingness to travel locally and meet clients in person
Prior experience selling to restaurants or SMEs is a
strong plus
