Prospect & Qualify Leads: Research potential clients using online databases, social media, networking events, and market research.
Generate Opportunities: Reach out via cold calls, emails, and social media to create new business opportunities.
Contact Research: Identify key decision-makers within target accounts.
Account Research: Analyze company profiles to understand client needs and challenges.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records, track interactions, and follow up with prospects.
Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and achieve sales goals.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs (appointments, meetings, etc.).
Market Research: Track industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform business development strategy.
Reporting: Share insights, provide feedback on lead quality, and suggest improvements to outreach.
Sales Tools: Use Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
Prospect Engagement: Connect with prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and video platforms.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Relationship Nurturing: Build and maintain long-term engagement with prospects not ready to buy.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience:
3-7 years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (B2B preferred). Lead generation experience is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Skills:
Strong verbal & written communication with ability to influence decision-makers.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, manage time, and prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office, G-Suite, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn.
Proficiency with video platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).
Domain Knowledge (Preferred):
Understanding of Identity Management solutions.
Familiarity with HR platforms like Workday.
Knowledge of PACS systems (Lenel, CCure, Johnson Controls, AMAG, etc.).
